Okudzeto Ablakwa Launches Initiative For Ghanaian Nurses, Teachers To Serve In Jamaica

Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, has been at the forefront of fostering international relations as he embarks on a mission to strengthen ties with Jamaica.

Following a productive meeting with Jamaica’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith (MP), on the sidelines of the OACPS summit in Brussels, Minister Ablakwa announced a landmark bilateral partnership focusing on the exchange of skilled professionals.

Under this new initiative, Jamaica is set to welcome nurses and teachers from Ghana, a move aimed at enhancing both nations’ healthcare and education sectors.
