Management of Moulders FM 92.9 MHz, based at Moree Junction in Cape Coast, has appointed astute journalist and multiple award-winning news anchor, Nana Kweku Arhin, as the station’s Acting Sales and Marketing Manager.
The appointment, communicated through an official letter from management, takes immediate effect.
Nana Kweku Arhin already serves Moulders FM as News Editor/Head of News and Head of the Political Desk, where he oversees the station’s news operations and political coverage. He is also the Lead Producer of the station’s flagship morning programme, Mould Morning Show.
Beyond his responsibilities at Moulders FM, Nana Kweku Arhin serves as the Deputy Media Co-ordination Manager of the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, bringing additional experience in media communication, stakeholder engagement and public-sector media coordination.
In his new capacity as Acting Sales and Marketing Manager, he will be responsible for supporting the station’s commercial and marketing operations while continuing with his existing roles.
His new mandate is expected to include developing and implementing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and supporting efforts to increase the station’s revenue and commercial partnerships.
With his background in journalism, broadcasting, news presentation, programme production, communications and media coordination, Nana Kweku Arhin is expected to bring his extensive industry experience to the new assignment.
He will also work to strengthen Moulders FM’s engagement with businesses, institutions, organisations and other stakeholders, while exploring opportunities to expand the station’s commercial presence across the Central Region and beyond.
Nana Kweku Arhin has distinguished himself in the media space through his work as a journalist, news anchor, producer and communications professional. His multiple responsibilities at Moulders FM and the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly underscore his growing influence in the media and communications sector.
The latest appointment is expected to complement Moulders FM’s existing operations and contribute to the station’s efforts to strengthen its business development, advertising and marketing activities.
