Isaac Yirenkyi Yeboah, popularly known as Kenya De MC, the Chief Executive Officer of Lemon Family Foundation, has received a new car through the support of generous individuals to facilitate the foundation’s operations and community development activities in Elmina and surrounding towns.
The vehicle was presented by David Duron, Co-founder of Lemon Group of Companies in Ghana and Developmental Chief of the Edina Traditional Area. Kelvin Kofi Amissah, another Co-founder of the group, also joined the presentation.
In an appreciation post, David Duron expressed excitement about the gesture, explaining that Kenya De MC plays a crucial role in managing the foundation’s activities. He noted that coordinating projects, travelling to support beneficiaries and overseeing various initiatives require reliable transportation.
He expressed profound gratitude to Evička and Joska Dubnovi, MVDr. Dominik Vlach and Madam Jana Vaňátová for their generosity and continued support, which made the presentation possible.
David Duron also acknowledged the contributions of other individuals who have been instrumental in the foundation’s developmental projects. They include Michael Kunke, who is leading the Museum Elmina project; Nana Hagan Yeboah, who is leading the Elmina Dance Academy; and Kingbell, who led the project to paint the Nagtglas House.
Kenya De MC is a blogger, philanthropist and the CEO of Lemon Family Foundation, an organisation dedicated to supporting brilliant but needy schoolchildren in Elmina and surrounding communities.
Over the years, the foundation has provided educational assistance to more than 70 students annually, covering their school fees and other educational expenses to help them continue their education despite financial challenges.
The foundation’s interventions form part of broader efforts to improve access to education and create opportunities for children from less privileged backgrounds within the Edina Traditional Area and beyond.
The presentation of the vehicle is expected to make it easier for Kenya De MC to coordinate the foundation’s activities, visit beneficiary communities and oversee its various educational and development projects.
