Host of Efie Asetena show — a social program on Atinka TV, Odehyie Naana will be sharing golden nuggets at this year’s edition of the Influential Conference slated to take place on May 28, 2024.
This edition of the youth empowerment conference will be taking place at Benkum Senior High School, Larteh Akuapem in the Akuapem North District. Odehyie Naana and other influential personalities including veteran singer and former president of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Mrs. Diana Hopeson will interact with the students.
Speaking on the theme, “Beyond The Dream Of The Girl” the adorable and intelligent television host who doubles as a professional teacher is optimistic that the session will be a memorable one.
Many of these school children have bigger dreams and aspirations but struggles to reach their full potentials due the fact that they lack proper guidance and encouragement to reach the high heights. Some of these students ends up confused and depressed.
She believes parents efforts at home are not enough — it’s about time influential people and organizations in the society makes conscious effort to offer these children the necessary mentorship to help them reach their full potentials.
As a trained teacher and transformational media personality, she finds it extremely exciting and fulfilling to see children flourish. She believes better foundation given to children determines how well they will do in life.
This great initiative was put together by Mr. Debrah Bekoh — founder of ‘As I Grow Organization’ — a nongovernmental platform which seeks the welfare of people through donations and conferences.
