An engineer and businessman, William Asaase, has officially filed his nomination forms to contest for the position of Central Regional Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He submitted his forms today at the NDC Regional Office in Cape Coast, taking another step towards his ambition of serving the party at the regional level.
Speaking about his ambition, Engineer Asaase said he was ready to work hard to make the NDC more attractive to the people of the Central Region and strengthen the party’s support across the region.
He also stressed the need for the party to protect its current 18 parliamentary seats in the region while working together to win more seats in future elections.
His message was clear: the NDC must continue to strengthen its structures, unite its members, and work hard to maintain its existing gains while expanding its support base.
Engineer Asaase’s filing marks the beginning of his bid for the regional executive position as the party prepares for its internal elections.
