The passing of Daasebre Osei Bonsu II, the 28th occupant of the silver stool and Krontihene of Asanteman, has left a void in the hearts of many in Asante Mampong.
Dr. Mike Amofa Dankwah, a highly outstanding politician and philanthropist in the area, has paid tribute to the late chief, describing him as a uniter.
“Daasebre was a peacemaker who brought unity among his people. We will forever miss him,” Dr Mike Amofa said.
