Ghanaian entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of Buabeng Authentic Herbal Hospital, Dr. Buabeng Foster, has expanded his business portfolio with the establishment of Buabeng Authentic Hotel, a new four-star hospitality facility in Apedwa in the Eastern Region.
The hotel, which is expected to boost tourism and economic activity in the area, is already recruiting staff as it prepares to welcome guests. Available positions include front desk and reception officers, housekeeping supervisors, chefs, waiters, and security personnel, signalling the creation of new employment opportunities for residents and hospitality professionals.
Located in Apedwa, the facility features modern accommodation, a swimming pool, landscaped surroundings, and contemporary architectural design aimed at providing guests with comfort and quality service. Promotional material released by the hotel describes its mission as delivering “authentic hospitality and exceptional experiences.”
The investment marks another milestone for Dr. Buabeng Foster, who is widely known for his work in herbal medicine through Buabeng Authentic Herbal Hospital. The move into the hospitality sector reflects a growing trend among Ghanaian entrepreneurs to diversify investments into tourism and accommodation, sectors expected to play an increasingly important role in local economic development.

Industry observers note that new hospitality investments not only improve accommodation options for travellers but also stimulate local economies through direct employment and increased demand for goods and services from surrounding communities.
The management of Buabeng Authentic Hotel says it is committed to building a team capable of delivering excellent customer service while positioning the hotel as one of the preferred hospitality destinations in the Eastern Region.
With recruitment underway, the hotel is inviting qualified applicants to submit their applications as it prepares for full operations.
