Renowned Ghanaian pastor, Prophet Nigel Gaisie has issued a powerful warning to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) regarding their potential choice of Kennedy Agyapong as the party’s presidential candidate.
In a recent Facebook post, Gaisie cautioned that such a decision could severely damage the party’s chances in the upcoming elections.
The Assin Central Member of Parliament has been a controversial figure, and Gaisie accused him of repeatedly attacking churches and fellow prophets. According to the prophet, these actions carry grave spiritual consequences.
“You can’t attack God’s churches and expect to become flagbearer… We are watching and waiting for the right time to respond,” Gaisie wrote.
He went further to claim that some of his fellow prophets have died due to Agyapong’s public criticisms and “loose talk.”
Emphasizing the spiritual ownership of Ghana, Gaisie warned that if the NPP chooses Agyapong as their candidate, “they won’t even get 30% in the national polls.”
The prophet described Agyapong as an “anti-Christ” figure and revealed that a divine vision showed “maggots and flies” spiritually surrounding the MP.
Despite predicting backlash and attempts to discredit him, Gaisie stood firm in his message: “He’ll pay people to lie about me, but we’re prepared. God has spoken.”
