The initiative forms part of broader efforts to improve learning conditions and enhance access to quality education by providing adequate residential facilities for students.

He urged fellow real estate developers and entrepreneurs to collaborate with GETFund in delivering critical educational infrastructure across the country.
According to him, such partnerships not only contribute to national progress but also provide participating businesses with opportunities to benefit from reasonable tax relief incentives while making meaningful social investments.
“This is an opportunity for the private sector to play a more active role in supporting education and national development. By partnering with GETFund, developers can help bridge infrastructure gaps while benefiting from available tax incentives,” he noted.
Also addressing the media, Mr. Alexis K. Asuinura, Financial Controller of GETFund, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership and commended the swift collaboration between GETFund and Saka Homes.
He highlighted the significance of the project in addressing accommodation deficits in senior high schools and praised the commitment of the private sector in supporting educational development.
“We are excited about this partnership and the speed with which it has materialized. The 250-bed dormitory at Achimota School will significantly contribute to easing accommodation challenges and improving the welfare of students,” Mr. Asuinura stated.
Stakeholders believe that similar partnerships could accelerate the development of schools nationwide, ensuring that students have access to the facilities necessary for effective teaching and learning.
As Ghana continues to expand access to secondary education, investments in infrastructure remain critical.
The Achimota School dormitory project stands as a testament to the impact that strategic partnerships can have in shaping the future of education and empowering the next generation of leaders.
