Atinka TV/FM’s Akosua High-Tension Named Journalist Of The Year

This year has been a great year for Atinka TV/FM’s senior news anchor and host of a social welfare and community development program, Akosua Agyeiwaa High-Tension as he she keeps impacting lives and winning many awards.

At the just ended Golden Age Busienss & Creative Arts Awards which took place at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Akosua High Tension was named best journalist of the year. This honor came as a result of her tremendous efforts in impacting live through her work as media person.

Akosua is the host of Efisem — a social development program on Atinka 104.7 Fm. On this show, she brings knowledgeable and highly experienced resource persons to inform and educate the masses on social issues.

Aside the Efisem on Atinka Fm, Akosua High Tension is also one of the biggest and most influential news personalities in the country and through that over the years, she has contributed immensely to the promotion of peace and harmony in many places in the country.

Akosua High Tension is from the Ashanti Region of Ghana, she has closed to two decades industry experience. She started her career in the Ashanti region where she worked for some bigger media houses including Ash FM owned by Ghanaian business Mugul, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

She moved to the greater Accra Region in 2015 to join Atinka Media Village — a media conglomerate owned by Samuel Amo Tobin, the brain behind Tobinco Pharmaceutical company Limited — a giant in the African pharmaceutical industry.

Akosua since 2015 has worked with Atinka TV/FM and through these platforms, she has contributed a lot to the betterment of human lives.
