As part of its 2026 preventive healthcare initiative, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) has organized a free health screening exercise for residents and worshippers at the Kanda Mosque in Accra, reaffirming its commitment to promoting community health and well-being.
The exercise attracted a large and diverse turnout, with young men and women, the elderly, and people from different walks of life taking advantage of the opportunity to assess their health status through free medical screenings.
The Managing Director of CBG, Dr. Naomi Wolali Kwetey, who attended the event and personally underwent a health screening, highlighted the importance of preventive healthcare.
“Knowing your health status is critical. Initiatives like this ensure that more people have access to the checks they need to make informed decisions about their wellbeing,” she stated.
The initiative forms part of CBG’s broader corporate social responsibility agenda aimed at encouraging preventive healthcare and promoting the early detection of potential health conditions.
