Businessman Emmanuel Mefful Honored at Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards 2026

Businessman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hotjobs Africa Ltd., Pastor Emmanuel Mefful, has been recognized as the Most Influential Human Capital Development Entrepreneur of the Decade at the 16th Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards 2026.

The event, held at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra over the weekend, brought together leading business figures, policymakers, and members of the diplomatic corps to celebrate individuals driving Ghana’s economic growth through enterprise and job creation.

Pastor Mefful, who doubles as the head pastor at the Rohi Church,’s recognition stands out for its direct impact on people.

Through Hotjobs Africa, he has created employment opportunities for over 10,000 workers across the country, with more than 1,000 from Ashaiman alone. His work focuses on human capital development, giving thousands of young people access to jobs and a means of livelihood.

This year’s awards were held under the theme “Entrepreneurship as a Catalyst for Economic Transformation,” highlighting the role of business leaders in shaping the nation’s future.

While many entrepreneurs were honored across sectors such as finance, health, logistics, and technology, Pastor Mefful’s award reflects a clear commitment to building people and creating real opportunities at the grassroots.

Beyond business, his investments in education, healthcare, sports, and community development continue to impact lives within Ashaiman and beyond.

The Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards, organized by the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana, remains a key platform for recognizing individuals and institutions contributing to national development through innovation, resilience, and job creation.

Pastor Mefful’s acknowledgment reinforces a simple message where real leadership is measured by impact.
