Dr. Miguel Pinzón, a distinguished American diplomat with over 30 years of international experience in education, entrepreneurship, leadership, diplomacy and international relations serves as president.

With Samuel Aryeequaye representing Africa, this tri-continental leadership exemplifies a fusion of the United Nations, European Union, and African Union perspectives—designed to ensure balanced global participation and leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Samuel Aryeequaye served as the Director General of One World Nexus, a continental initiative focused on youth diplomacy, education and development.
He resigned from that role four months before his new appointment to focus on broader, multilateral diplomatic objectives.
His decision to step down demonstrated a clear vision and commitment to scaling his leadership to the global stage.
Now, as Secretary-General of Diplomatic Envoy Globalization, Aryeequaye steps into a role that will allow him to help shape youth diplomacy on a wider, intercontinental level.
“This organization is not just a simulation of diplomacy; it is a real platform shaping the voices of tomorrow’s leaders.

Together, we will bridge continents, challenge inequality, and build lasting peace,” Aryeequaye remarked during the 2025 Diplomatic Envoy Global Conference in Accra.
The leadership appointments across the American, European, and African continents reflect the organization’s deliberate strategy to create a globally balanced leadership team.

Diplomatic Envoy Globalization (DEMUN) is a youth-led international diplomacy platform that trains future diplomats, leaders, and changemakers through Model UN simulations, leadership development, and collaborative forums centered on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The organization operates in over 190 countries, structured through, Country Heads representing national chapters, Ambassadors working under each Country Head to drive activities at local, regional, and continental levels
