Yesterday at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Rev.Dr. Abbeam Ampomah Danso was officially sworn in as the Global Brand Ambassador for the International Youth Network focused on promoting United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250.
This resolution emphasizes the crucial role young people play in peacebuilding and conflict prevention.
The event featured a keynote address from H.E. Lilian Addo, the Global President of the International Youth Network for the United Nations Security Council. She highlighted the importance of youth engagement in global peace efforts, stating,

Ambassador Danso’s appointment marks a significant step toward empowering youth worldwide to participate actively in discussions regarding peace and security.
