Executive Chairman of IPMC, Amar Deep S Hari has pledged to support the Ga Manste, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, in building a state-of-the-art health facility specifically for children.
Yesterday at a program held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, Nathaniel Atoh, the king’s aide in charge of corporate relations said the king has placed a high priority on ensuring that the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital is no longer the sole institution providing specialized care for children.
“The king has placed before him a very important task of ensuring that a few years from now, Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital will not be the only institution to offer that specialized kind of care for our children,” he said
As the chief custodian of the land that hosts the government of Ghana, the king has already pledged to devote plots of land for the construction of the new healthcare facility.
He has also called on individuals and organizations with the means and expertise to join forces and make this vision a reality.
Yesterday, the king donated three ultramodern incubators to the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital, a facility that has been in operation for over nine decades.
Despite its long history, the hospital remains the only specialized facility for children in Ghana, and many believe it is in dire need of a facelift.
Amar Deep S Hari, a seasoned entrepreneur and philanthropist, has a proven track record of supporting initiatives that drive positive change in Ghana.
As the co-founder and Executive Chairman of IPMC, Hari has been instrumental in promoting IT education and innovation in West Africa.
This partnership between IPMC and the Ga Manste is a testament to the power of collective action in driving meaningful change.
With the support of IPMC and other stakeholders, the king’s vision for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility for children is poised to become a reality, ultimately improving the lives of countless young Ghanaians.
