Founder Of Salsia Cares Foundation Donates To SP Magna International School

Salsia Cares Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with disabilities, donated items to the SP Magna International School in Nungua on Wednesday.

The items donated included packed food, drinks, biscuits, etc., to mark the founder’s birthday celebration.

It also aimed to create awareness and support against stigmatization among people living with disabilities.

Speaking at the short event, Asiya Ocloo, founder of the Salsia Cares Foundation, said though her birthday was October 26, she was keen on celebrating the day by giving back to the society, and it should be an act every person should inculcate: “Giving is an act that puts smiles on faces, no matter how little the gift may be.”

She added that “it was truly a blessing to see the children happy and full of smiles. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—spreading love, hope, and inclusion wherever we go.”

The staff at SP Magna International School were full of gratitude to Asiya and also called on other individuals and benevolent organizations to make giving an act.

The children sang birthday wishes and thanked the team for their generous support.

Asiya was joined by devoted volunteer Abdul Jaleelu Dayman, who also celebrated his birthday on October 27.

Salsia Cares Foundation has already commenced its mission, but the organization was officially launched on Sunday, October 26th, in Nungua.
