Decade And Half Of Youth Empowerment: Cape Coast Youth Development Association Marks Milestone

On February 27, 2025, the Cape Coast Youth Development Association will proudly celebrate its 15th anniversary, marking a decade and a half of dedicated service to the youth of Cape Coast.

As part of the festivities, the Association has planned a special celebration with the students of St. Monica’s Basic School, where they will share a birthday cake and spread joy.

In addition to the cake-sharing ceremony, the Association will also distribute exercise books to selected basic schools across the Cape Coast Metropolis.

This generous initiative is proudly sponsored by Dr. James Condua Orleans-Lindsay, a renowned philanthropist and business leader.

Dr. Orleans-Lindsay, Executive Chairman of JL Properties Ltd, First Chancellor of Cape Coast Technical University, and Chief Patron of the Cape Coast Youth Development Association, has been a long-time supporter of the Association’s mission to empower the youth of Cape Coast.
