“Funny Boy Innit” — Lekzy DeComic Teams Up With South African Comedy Giants For Mega Show On September 27.

Ghana’s comedy scene is set for an international boost as Lekzy DeComic takes centre stage at the “Funny Boy Innit” (FBI) comedy night on Saturday, 27th September 2025, at the UPSA Auditorium in Accra, joined by South Africa’s Chris Mapane and KG Mokgadi for an evening of world-class humour.

The event promises an unforgettable blend of Ghanaian and South African humour, with local crowd favourites Jeneral Ntatia and Parrot Mouth joining the lineup.

They will be supported by an impressive roster of homegrown talent, including Ben South, Papayaw Ataamle, Kojo PJ, MJTheComedian, James Brown and Jerry Ashinyo, delivering back-to-back doses of rib-cracking storytelling.

Evivi Foods leads as the headline sponsor, with additional support from South African Airways, Assempah Fie Graphics, MpaboaWura, FDR Creative Studio and DK Pixels.
