Blogger Kobby Kyei’s determination and commitment to use his influence to amplify the voice of the voiceless and positively impact the marginalized in society has caught the attention of organizers Humanitarian Awards Global.
At this year’s edition of the prestigious awards ceremony, the phenomenal blogger and societal change advocate was named the most outstanding social development activist in the country.
Kobby Kyei who started his blogging career less than five years ago as a full-time entertainment blogger has found a new niche for himself and now, he is recognized as one of the most influential social development activists in the country.
This new niche has gotten him lots of recognition and recommendations from crème de la crème in the society, so this award came with no questions but rather applause. Almost everybody at the auditorium and all those who heard the news via the internet were extremely happy for him to have been the recipient of this award.
Kobby has embarked on many humanitarian and social development projects. For instance, through his regular reports on social media about some underprivileged communities in the country, some are getting portable pipe bone water, many disabled people are getting support from nongovernmental organizations.
In March this year, he organized Shine Summit which aimed at empowering the youth for a better future. The Shine Summit — one of the most impactful gatherings had great speakers including actress, television host and entrepreneur — Nana Ama Mcbrown, Iconic radio personality — Tommy Annan Forson, respected Media and Showbiz entrepreneur — Bola Ray, Africa’s most popular YouTuber and tourism promoter — Wode Maya and the list goes on and on.
For some months now, he is embarking on another laudable project — Respect Zebra Crossing Campaign — an initiative to educate drivers and pedestrians on the important of the pedestrian crossing marked with white stripes. As usual, this campaign has caught the attic many people in the country.
With these recognitions and honor, Kobby Kyei is extremely happy and motivated to continue using his platform to advocate for positive change and also inspire young bloggers to make meaningful impacts.
