In a brief media engagement at the just ended Telecel Ghana Music Awards, son of iconic Ghanaian musician, Okyeame Kwame opened up about his deep love for music and his aspirations of following in his father’s footsteps.
The young talent shared that growing up around his father’s music had a strong influence on his taste and ambitions.
“I listen to hip hop and hiplife mostly because of my dad,” he said, beaming with pride.
The budding artist revealed that he’s already taken a few steps toward a potential music career.
He has recorded two songs alongside his sister and their father, showcasing a glimpse of what the next generation of musical talent in the family might bring.
Though still in school, he balances his academics with his growing passion for music.
Looking ahead, he expressed a firm desire to join the music industry once he completes his education.
With unwavering support from his father, Okyeame Kwame, the young star is confident about his future as a rapper.
“After school, I will go into music fully, and my dad will support me,” he affirmed, hinting at a promising musical journey ahead.
